CueSight Joins Haiti Relief Efforts

Jeanette Lee on American Chopper Tonight 9 pm!

LiquidWick Pool Cues announced today that it will be featured along with world billiard star Jeanette Lee "The Black Widow" on the TLC TV Show "American Chopper," which features the custom motorcycle shop, Orange County Choppers.  

Earlier this year, LiquidWick commissioned mega motorcycle brand Orange County Choppers to build a Jeanette Lee "The Black Widow" bike.  LiquidWick partners, Rich Gustin and Dan Shields, accompanied Jeanette Lee on a visit to Orange County Choppers on September 25th 2009 where she was filmed playing "American Chopper" star Paul Teutul Sr. in pool and was then interviewed for the episode.  OCC then went on to build the bike as part of the tv show.  The chopper unveil was filmed at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on November 11th 2009.  

"The bike is awesome and currently in our possession in Albuquerque," said Rich Gustin, LiquidWick partner.  "We plan to share it with the fans of both Jeanette Lee and OCC."

"It was great fun playing Paul Sr. in pool and hanging with all the guys at OCC," said Jeanette Lee.  "The bike is beautiful and I can't wait to watch the episode."   

The American Chopper episode featuring the Jeanette Lee "The Black Widow" bike will air on TLC on Thursday, December 17th 2009 at 9pm ET/PT. For exact times in your area please check your local listings. Junior 9-Ball Championships July 21-26 at Illinos State University!

Over 150 junior billiard hopefuls, along with over 60 collegiate players, will descend on Illinois State University this week for the Billiard Education Foundation's Junior National 9-Ball Championships and the ACU-I Collegiate Championships. Brunswick Billiards, a long time supporter of the event, announced that this year they will supply both a cash donation as well as provide five 9-foot Gold Crown IV tables for tournament play.  

"Brunswick is committed to the advancement of tomorrow's players and the future of the sport of billiards," said Austin Rothbard, president of Brunswick Billiards. "Supporting youth events is important to growing the interest in the sport and promoting it among the next generation. We are proud to sponsor this national junior tournament."

The BEF Junior Nationals has become one of the most prestigious junior events in North America. Participants will compete for a chance to win academic scholarships, prizes and an opportunity to represent North America at the World Pool-Billiard Association's (WPA) Junior World Championships.
